31 Day Challenge. Day 20 Water Marble Nails!

AHHHHH!  We have come to my favorite nail challenge of this whole thing!!

Happy Happy Friday Ladies!

Today I have for you Water Marble Nails!! I was so excited about this one, I watched dozens of YouTube tutorials and then went to work on practicing a few times. The key trick to water marbling is A: have room temperature water! I noticed if the water was too cold that the polish would dry quicker and you couldn't make a design. B: have lots of toothpicks and cotton swabs and remover available. C: Color combination! This is where it is key to your design, not all colors work together like you may think, I think I tried tons of different ones before realized what would work.

31 Day Challenge. Day 10 Gradient Nails.

Good afternoon!

Today is day 10 of the challenge and I can definitely say that this is not my favorite challenge. I don't like how this manicure looks at all. Gradients are not my thing, or I just need more practice, probably the second option.

Today I did a purple gradient since its where I have the most colors. The colors I used today are, OPI Linkin' Park After Dark, OPI Funky Dunkey, Funky Fingers Cheshire, and Mode Shade # 126 a very light lavender.

31 Day Challenge. Day 5: Blue Nails.

Hello!

So today is the Blue Nail Day of the challenge! I have quite a few blue polishes so now we are getting into where I have lots of colors to choose from and its going to be even harder for tomorrow's challenge.

The blue that I chose today is from a company that my grocery store where I work started carrying. Its not a very popular brand, the display of the cosmetics is never empty but the polishes are pretty. The brand is called Mode and sometime there polishes are hit and miss.
