Hey ladies! Sorry for once again skipping a day! Yesterday was the wake for my cousin who passed away over the weekend. We were unsure if we were going to get to go but at last minute we found a way to get there so we went. Needless to say it was a lot of running around in the rain and dark and hugging.
But day 23 of the challenge is inspired by a movie! I had no clue what to do for this challenge, at first I was like I'll do Titanic, it is one of my favorite movies but for artwork, I'm not that talented soo.... yeah on to the next choice!
I was at work thinking about it and it suddenly hit me, Hocus Pocus! I have loved that movie ever since I was 6 when it came out. It is the reason why my cats name is Binx after the cat in the movie, even though she is not a black cat. :) I watch this movie every time that it is on. Its usually on in the fall time so its like the movie that ushers in Halloween and the fall for me.
This movie stars Bette Middler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker, If you haven't seen this movie then you need to go find it somewhere! So my manicure is only of three fingers today... to represent the three witches. I used Sinful Colors Mercury Rising, China Glaze Jolly Holly, and Sinful Colors Lets Talk . Then I just stamped some stars and moons and some sparkly stars to create some effects.
My pointer is is for Kathy Najimy's character Mary, because her dress what red. My middle finger is for Bette Middler's character Winfred, since her dress was green, and my ring finger is for Sarah Jessica Parker's character Sarah since her dress was purple!
